The Sales Agent role involves managing inbound calls from potential and existing customers, including those inquiring about services, looking to cancel, or wanting to add services. Daily tasks include meeting call handling KPIs, hitting sales targets, attending training, and participating in team huddles. The role requires previous sales experience, resilience, persuasiveness, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Respond to inbound calls from business customers, build customer loyalty by addressing inquiries, and create customized solutions. Proactively promote products and services to existing customers for cross/up-sell opportunities and provide sales support. Accountable for meeting performance metrics around customer experience, sales activity, and sales revenue.
This is an unlicensed position where you will handle all of SelectQuote's insurance product inquiries. You will work with consumers, understand their needs, and triage them to a licensed agent.
